Does Longevity Arc upload my health data?
Your Apple Health metrics are read on-device to calculate signals and charts. The developer does not operate a backend that stores your HealthKit history. Coaching copy is generated with Apple Intelligence on-device where supported — not by sending vitals to our servers.
Which metrics feed the five signals?
Typical inputs include nighttime HRV, VO₂max (when recorded), sleep duration and efficiency, walking speed from Apple Health, and resting heart rate trends — whatever your Watch or phone already captures.
What do I get for free vs Pro?
Free includes the composite longevity score and full HRV resilience readouts with trends. Pro adds VO₂max, sleep recovery, gait speed, resting HR trajectory, expanded charts, formula transparency, and AI coaching tips.
How does billing work?
Purchases run through Apple. Choose a monthly plan (with a free trial when Apple offers one in your region) or a one-time lifetime unlock. Manage or cancel subscriptions under your Apple ID settings.
Can I restore Pro after reinstalling?
Yes. Open Settings → Restore Purchase inside Longevity Arc while signed into the same Apple ID used for the original transaction.
Do I need an API key?
No. Unlike BYOK health apps, Longevity Arc never asks for Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini keys — coaching tips rely on Apple's on-device models instead.
Is this medical advice?
No. Longevity Arc is for wellness insight only. Always speak with a licensed clinician about diagnosis, treatment, or acute symptoms.
