Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Longevity Arc ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms form a legal agreement between you and r6lab Radosław Jóżefowicz, ul. Akacjowa 3, 55-003 Krzków, Poland (EU VAT: PL9730929262), the developer and publisher of the App ("we", "us", or "our").

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Description of the App

Longevity Arc is an iOS application that reads authorised Apple HealthKit metrics on your device, derives longevity-focused signals (such as HRV, VO₂max, sleep, gait speed, and resting heart rate trends), and — for Pro subscribers — surfaces short coaching-style summaries using Apple's on-device intelligence frameworks where available.

The developer does not operate cloud databases that warehouse your HealthKit timelines. Processing emphasises on-device computation; purchase receipts sync through Apple's payment systems. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

3. Free tier and Pro upgrade

Free tier

Core longevity visualisations remain free, including the composite arc score and HRV resilience readouts with supporting charts.

Pro upgrade

Pro unlocks deeper analytics — VO₂max, sleep recovery, gait speed, resting HR trajectory, expanded charts, formula transparency, and coaching tips generated via Apple Intelligence where supported. Pro may be offered as:

• An auto-renewing subscription billed through Apple until you cancel in Account Settings.
• A one-time lifetime unlock tied to your Apple ID.

Exact offerings, free trials, and prices are displayed inside the App and may vary by region or promotional schedule determined solely by Apple App Store Connect.

4. In-app purchases

Subscriptions

If you purchase a monthly Pro plan, your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Manage billing, cancellations, and refunds according to Apple's instructions at support.apple.com/billing.

Lifetime unlock

Lifetime purchases are non-consumable unlocks granted through Apple's commerce layer. They remain available while Apple continues to honour restored purchases for this App on your Apple ID.

Payment processing

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect card numbers or banking credentials.

Restore purchases

Use Settings → Restore Purchase inside Longevity Arc while logged into the Apple ID that originally bought Pro access.

Refund policy

Digital goods sold via Apple follow Apple's refund policies. Submit refund requests through Apple — we cannot issue refunds directly.

Price changes

Apple may change pricing for new subscribers at any time. Existing subscriptions renew at the price communicated by Apple prior to each renewal unless you cancel.

5. Apple Intelligence coaching

Pro subscribers may receive concise wellness-oriented summaries informed by their longevity signals. Those summaries rely on Apple's developer frameworks for on-device generation when hardware and OS revisions support them.

• You are responsible for reviewing Apple's own disclosures about Apple Intelligence and adjusting device settings accordingly.
• Coaching copy is informational only — not a diagnosis, prescription, or substitute for professional care.
• No Bring Your Own Key workflow is required; you must not attempt to inject third-party API keys into the App to circumvent Apple's commerce or privacy controls.

6. Health & medical disclaimer

The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. All outputs — charts, scores, trends, and coaching summaries — are for informational wellness purposes only.

Nothing in the App should be used as a substitute for:

• Professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Consultation with a qualified physician, specialist, or other healthcare provider.
• Emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional before making any changes to your diet, exercise routine, medication, supplements, or other health-related behaviours. Do not disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read or heard in the App.

AI-generated health insights are based on general patterns and the data you provide. They are not personalised medical recommendations and may not reflect your individual medical circumstances. We expressly disclaim any liability for health decisions made based on the App's content.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or networks connected to the App.
• Use the App to process data belonging to other individuals without their consent.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent the App's purchase verification systems.
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App or any part of it.

The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by r6lab Radosław Jóżefowicz and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on your Apple device(s) for personal use in accordance with these Terms.

This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App.

"Apple Health", "HealthKit", "Apple Intelligence", "iPhone", and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc. All rights reserved by their respective owners.

9. Third-party services

The App integrates with the following third-party services. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms:

• Apple Inc. — HealthKit, App Store commerce, and Apple Intelligence features ship subject to Apple's end-user agreements.
• RevenueCat — purchase verification SDK. revenuecat.com/terms

We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party service. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs or viruses.
• Warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any coaching summary displayed in the App.
• Warranties that the App will be compatible with future versions of iOS or HealthKit.

Coaching summaries may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always corroborate material decisions with qualified professionals.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, r6lab Radosław Jóżefowicz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, or revenue.
• Harm to health arising from reliance on automated summaries.
• Fees charged by Apple for subscriptions you authorised.
• Service interruptions caused by Apple, HealthKit, or RevenueCat infrastructure.
• Unauthorised access to your device or Apple ID.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of €10 or the fees you actually paid to unlock Longevity Arc Pro through Apple for that Apple ID.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

13. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the App after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a material change, you should stop using the App.

Changes to these Terms do not affect your entitlement to Pro features already purchased — the "all future Pro features included" commitment is binding regardless of any future Terms revision.
